Not Forgotten

Whats new Depth Chargers! I know, i know, I've not been around for a while but I'm back with plenty of goodies!

First Up: Prime

2 freebies from Prime, and these go deep! Both tunes will storm through your sets with the bass weight. Prime is also owner of Subdepth Records so be sure to stop by and check out some tunes from Biome, Shredexx and Kuss and Obi!

Keep your eyes on the label and prime! big things!

More from Osiris Records

If you've been checking out any youngsta sets recently you would have heard this for sure! Warm subs, deep stabs, twisting bass lines and plenty of growls power through in Biome's remix of Kryptic Minds - 'Hybrid'. Osiris have some pure deepness lined up for release this year and I'm sure it will only get better!

More free tunes!

Even more now from TMSV! After reaching 2012 likes on Facebook he gave away the original and his remix of Antics - 'Rundown'. This one is straight from the gutter!

Get the tunes here: http://www.mediafire.com/?23x3whucaorwm4i

The Truth will prevail.

Truth seem like they can do nothing wrong at the moment churning out release after release! This one caught my ears when listening to Youngsta! a huge roller with super chilled vibes!

And more free goodies this time from truth as well!

So that's what I'll leave you with!

Keep an eye out for our monthly mix coming soon!

keep it deep!

Been a while!

Whats up everyone! been over a week since the last update! A little slack seeing as i was aiming for 2 a week! But hopefully I'm back with some goods!

Warrior!

First up big tune by Congi and Gantz. This kicks through the door whilst your looking through the spy hole! A relentless beat pushes you through the a tribal sound scape and does it keep your head bouncing or what? big things are coming out both of these two producers so keep your ears open!

Widowmaker and Kotcha on BBC radio 1!

So i think most people here will be keeping a keen eye on widowmaker knowing he makes some of the deepest and darkest tunes in the scene. A big step forward for both widowmaker and kotcha when this one got aired on Radio 1 by skream and Benga. A nice deep roller with synths running and jumping all over the place.

Again big things coming out these guys! big up to skream and benga pushing this side of the genre on to the big station!

Ice Man

Keeping the rinse mix series going strong comes from the man himself; Icicle! This guy has so many tunes that were just waiting to snap up and I'm sure this has got most of them on it! Downloading it as I'm typing i cant wait to get this on my ipod! Sweeping from the deeper techy-er tune he winds his way through eventually find Shogun Audio friend Rockwell for some DnB! By the tracklist it looks to showcase the current state of the genre (or should i say genres) and I'm sure this will be in our ears for weeks and months to come! snap it up!

Buy it!

Its the Weekend Again! Party Time!

Another treat in form of a free tune!

DJ Madd has been a key part of the darker side of dubstep for sometime with releases such as 'Battle' and 'Someone'(remixed by Breakage). He also had a recent release on Black Box Records with a vibe spanning album 'The Real and The Shadow'!

Now, if that isn't enough, he's chosen to give a tune away for free! On the similar tip to the album this is deep, sub heavy and dark tune!

Big up Madd!

Back to it!

So, were back to work again and the weekends seem to pass by quicker and quicker! Plenty of good releases this week to keep an eye on!

Falkon Records present Genesis

A huge release for Falkon Records with plenty of sub pressure including tunes from Reamz, K Beatz, Cauze and Zoobi! If your into the darker sounds this one is for you! Crawling out of the shadows the Album kicks through with Zoobi's 'My Other side', plenty of reverb, rim shots and resonant bass! Tribal percussion is featured well in Outerdub's 'The Ronin' keeps you head nodding. The Album closes with 'Lobotomy' from good friends Dyssomnia and Konvex. The album speaks for it's self so give it a go and you will see why it went straight into the album charts on Juno!

This is not one to miss, get it whilst its HOT!

Icicle BNC ep!

Massive news as we see four insane tracks by the ice man! No explanation is needed for 'Acid Step', stalking bass lines and gurgling sub will keep any club pumped! More percussion driven bass music from 'BNC' and 'Need a Job', these are heavy rollers which evolve through different sounds. Last of all it has 'Together in Dust' my personal favourite. More heavy Sub and more percussive drive, these bleeps will keep you dancing all night!

Out on 20th of May (21st of May for vinyl) this will be one of the biggest releases of the year! Expect to start hearing these more and more in the clubs and make sure you grab this in mid-may!

Hope that keeps your ear's occupied for the moment, Hopefully we will be getting our first guest mix up this week! So keep an eye out for that!

Over and Out!

The weekend is in sight!

So back to the reality of work! Here is something to keep you spirits up and done forget! its almost the weekend!

Say Nothin'

First of all we've got Metalhead's Jubei on the buttons. The hip hop beat gives this a insane roll and we can see already this is going to go OFF in the clubs! pulling in flowdan which paired with the half time beat brings echos on the mighty 'Skeng' by The Bug. Deep and dirty are the words with this one! Already receiving huge support from the scene this is going to be a BIG one!

Youtube Channels

Now on to two YouTube channels which are pushing the dubstep scene pretty hard!

1. Dunes Dubstep

An excellent source for everything dark in the genre including good friends Dyssomnia and Konvex and many others including Percept, Kbeatz, Kawook, Wayfarer and Badklaat! Keep an eye on this and you will ALWAYS have the freshest dubstep in your ears!

Laced Dubstep

Another good source for everything in the genre from dungeon to the more tear out stuff! go here for someone pushing new talent and more experienced guys including Wachs Lyrical, Reamz, shapes and many more!

Save these two channels to your favourites!

New tune!

The last thing were going to leave you with is a young producer from the US, for such a young guy his sound is pretty mature and advanced! Make some room for Gaz!

Tectonic Plates vol. 3

Happy easter monday! We hope the long weekend hasn't taken its toll on you!

Straight from Tectonic Plates vol. 3 we have two huge tunes. First of all something from the Swamp81 soldier that is Addison Groove. Coming out of bristol both addison groove and his dub step moniker headhunter has always brought something different to the label and there is no change with this! Creeping from the darkness the intro has epic strings with slicing high hats and quickly evolves into a huge anthem! If your partying today get this on! LOUD!

Back to dark and deep dub step now with Kryptic Minds who are constantly pushing the darker sounds of the genre. Horns, soundscapes and bass-weight are the main elements of this tune and they come together to create an organic sounding and encompassing experience. Sit and meditate!
